JACT Fund is available for projects to fill gaps in provision for disadvantaged young people in London. This is available for Charities, Community Interest Companies and Constituted community Groups – projects need to start no later than 28 February 2012
The aims of the programme are:
- To use sports and arts to address the challenges faced by disadvantaged young people.
- To build the aspirations and develop the life and employability skills of young People living in London
- To provide formal or informal accreditation or to engage the young people as part of a longer term accreditation programme.
- To provide and identify long term benefits to young people, including clear pathways into education, employment, training or a career and provide educational and personal development.
- To include young people in the design and delivery of the project.
