Southwark Arts Forum (SAF)  will be hosting the Creative Solidarity Network Event, this is a series of events where people come together to discuss developments in the art world, share experiences from their respective practices and learn from peers.

Creative Solidarity will be a meeting place to communicate and discuss our practices and involvement in the arts, facilitating personal and
professional development, encouraging partnerships and forging connections.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

Anti Gang Event

Starlight Music Academy is hosting a free anti gangs/knife/guns event open to young people aged 13- 25 who want to succeed in life. Lots of entertainment and fun packed activities.

Sickle Cell & Nutrition

Sickle Cell & Young Stroke Survivors invites individuals who are affected by sickle cell to a Sickle Cell Nutrition workshop which aims to help people with this condition gain improved knowledge about  eating healthier .

Thousands of books for sale .Five for a £1 paperbacks and hardbacks mostly £1 or £2.

The sale is in aid of the charity for the homeless, Crisis, and the New Cross People’s Library, a community venture that has taken on running one of the libraries closed by the local authority.
