Making Connections Spring Marketing Workshops – March 2012

The Making Connections marketing workshops are back by popular demand!  The ‘Spring’ workshops will be held in the evening for those of you who missed them previously and will be ideal for those of you who cannot make it in the daytime.

IT Tools Training – London Councils

This IT Tools Training session is FREE and funded by London Councils and delivered by Superhighways, it will cover a selection of IT tools including the eventbrite booking system thay you will use to book your place on this this course!

Creative innovation is running an e-Business start-up training and is specifically designed to equip those who wish to start a business on the Internet.  The training will teach you all you need to know about starting your first internet business. You’ll be introduced to some very useful services and resources.

Positive Attitudes To Ageing

Over the Hill is a project in which a team of older volunteers have contributed to the development of training sessions.

The sessions are led by older people, and promote positive attitudes to ageing.

As well as delivering a serious message, the training sessions are lively, interactive and fun!

They are available free to community organisations, arts, health and social care staff in Southwark, Lambeth and Lewisham.

Elevating Success – Business Enterprise

Elevating Success is working in partnership with Southwark Council, Amicus Horizon and L&Q to present ‘Business Enterprise’ for people aged 18+.  Have you ever thought of starting your own business and wondered what was involved?  This training will examine the issues and the decisions which need to be made on a day to day basis.

You will work on:

  • A Business plan
  • Explore market research, advertising, business legalities, business finance and cashflow forecasts.
