Our Services

PVSF:-

• Provides information and networking services (e-bulletins, newsletters, Forum meetings, information on local groups, agencies, funding sources and training providers)

• A customised and hands-on capacity building service (organisational development and fundraising support) targeted at small / BME groups)

• Promotes collaborations between groups and agencies, e.g. we manage the PECKHAM HEALTHY LIVING NETWORK (PHLN), a partnership of 10 organisations and groups delivering health related projects supported by a multi agency steering group)

• Influences decision making: In partnership with other agencies, the forum engages with the neighbourhood renewal / regeneration, community development, social cohesion and health agendas in order to ensure local involvement and help maximise not only the benefits to our diverse communities but also community ownership over improvements made.
